We have a strong network of clinical and non-clinical staff that work alongside the clients to ensure that their needs are met. Our nurse led team is highly skilled in assessing the needs of the client as well as assessing staff training needs to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Our primary goal is to identify what is best for the client and try to exceed their expectations. Our presence in the clients’ homes mean that we can enhance their lives and help them pursue their individual goals thereby improving quality of life dramatically.
Our friendly, hardworking staff are always ready to listen and help when need arises. We pride ourselves in ensuring that clients remain as independent as possible in their own home as well as ensure that they are always safeguarded. We work hard to ensure suitable staff recruitment and retention so that there is no disruption in service delivery.
We have nurses and carers who can support you a few hours a day to live in carers who can support you 24/7 if needed
We have a robust recruitment and training program that ensures that you and your loved ones have a peace of mind, knowing that you are in safe hands of a competent care worker. Our lead nurse who is also a clinical trainer, ensures that competencies are checked regularly, and training and referrers are done regularly to ensure safety.
We also ensure that we find you a perfect match of client to career needs to ensure that both parties are happy this the assignment hence boosting staff retention. We work with skilled nurses and carers in the community and ensure that they are fully trained prior to working with you.
