We are a domiciliary care company that delivers care and support to enable you, or your loved ones, to live independently in the comfort of your own home. We also assist people who live with complex care needs, from acquired brain injuries, cerebral palsy, suffered a stroke, terminal ill health and spinal injuries, life limiting and progressive illnesses.
Our service exists to support our clients on a day to day basis with their activities of daily living, mobility , nutrition, medication management as well as socialization and integration in the community following catastrophic diagnosis or life changing events
We believe care at home should mean maintaining your independence, while feeling secure and safe in the familiar surroundings of your own home. Each person we work with will require varying levels of support, whether it’s a few hours a day or greater levels of support to 24-hour care, want to help you move closer to your own personal goals.
We respect our clients rights to privacy and privide dignity while providing personalised care. We also provide information to allow our clients as much choice and independence in their care; listening and supporting their wishes. Our aim is to alleviate isolation and loneliness and help build self confidence and self esteem. We have a zero tolerance policy to abuse . We are responsive to complaints and are always looking for ways to serve our clients better .
