We have hand picked, certified complex care support workers who are tasked with attending to the unique requirements of our clients.

Kent Care Consultants facilitates the secure and independent living of individuals with chronic and complex health conditions in their personal residences.

We can provide up to twenty-four-hour care from a team of trained support workers, or a reduced care package to assist you at specific times of the day.

We are proud to be included in the exclusive group of care providers that provide specialised service tailored to the unique and complex requirements of each client.

Our team of specialised attendants, support staff, and nurses who support individuals with the following conditions:

  • Acquired brain injury.
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Epilepsy
  • Huntington’s disease
  • Motor Neurone disease
  • Neuromuscular conditions
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Spinal injuries
  • Stroke

 

Kent Care Consultants is subject to regulation and is registered by the Care Quality Commission. NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups, Social Services, Case Managers, Solicitors, and individuals and families who are self-funding their care or utilising a Personal Health Budget consistently engage our services to deliver complex continuing healthcare.

A care package comprised of the following:

In addition to hosting visits lasting six hours or longer, including live-in care and twenty-four-hour nursing care, Kent Care Consultants promotes the independence of students and young adults while providing care.

Twenty-four-hour care Day or night care and Live-in care

Our team consisting of specialised trained senior carers, support workers, registered nurses, and are equipped to assist adults, including those who:

 

  • May require airway maintenance due to the presence of a tracheostomy.
  • Require ventilator assist e.g. (BiPAP/CPAP).
  • Use of a cough assist or suction device.
  • Enteral Feeding.
  • Bowel and bladder management
  • Medication administration.
